Our Conditioning Camp workout tones the body rapidly while increasing agility.
We structure this type of workout with a focus on intervals of exercises that are extremely demanding on the athlete’s endurance while at the same time working on team building/bonding. Small competitions throughout practice enhance the athlete’s drive and teamwork.
Our weekend camp focuses on team bonding and building. We structure the day for fun and challenging workouts, competitions and some exercise education along the way.
A rigorous work ethic, plenty of water, a healthy snack, and a towel to wipe away the sweat! (If outdoors remember sunscreen.)
